JayWest Construction Services
JayWest Construction Ltd. provides Project Management Services for Viceroy custom homes and cottages located within a one and one-half hour radius of Calgary, and within select areas in the interior of British Columbia.
Building a dream home or cottage requires quality materials, high building standards, and construction expertise. With JayWest Construction, this means you get a great looking Viceroy home, finely built, in a reasonable amount of time and at reasonable cost.
Our Mission Statement: To provide quality project management and construction services for our Viceroy customers through dedicated partnerships and dependable service.
Under the provisions of our Project Management Contract, Jaywest Construction Ltd. offers the following services:
- Review of construction blueprints and field drawings – review of all drawings for acceptability and subcontract requirements
- Contract documents – provide the subcontractors with information for bidding purposes
- Construction tendering – acceptance, evaluation and awarding contracts for bids from subcontractors
- Invoicing – accounting for charges and preparing invoices to you
- Review and payment of subcontract invoices – review of subcontractor charges and making payment to subcontractors
- Field services – checking the construction to ensure completeness and conformity
- Post contract services – working with subcontractors to correct any deficiencies
